Floyd Jackson Sr was born in Tulsa Oklahoma in the summer of 1933. Mr. Floyd was a well-known and respected family man and pillar to his community. Floyd was a kind, generous, and humble man. known for his great work ethics and his compassion to help others. Floyd was one of a kind. Very reliable and trustworthy. Floyd mastered many skills from truck driving to mechanical work, and just an all-around handy man. Like every other skill Mr. Floyd’s cooking skills didn't go unnoticed. Mr. Floyd would make a pot of black eyed peas and baby lima beans over rice and cornbread that was so good. Make you wanna slap ya momma. Unfortunately, we have lost a great father, husband, and friend. But we'll never lose him in spirit nor his great legacy or recipes that he left us to share with you all. I opened this online restaurant in honor of my late brother & father who share the same name
