Floyd Jackson Sr was born in Tulsa Oklahoma, in the summer of 1939. Floyd was a well-known and respected family man and pillar to his community. Floyd was a kind, generous, and humble man, known for his great work ethics, and his compassion to help others. He was one of kind, very reliable and trustworthy. Floyd mastered many skills from truck driving to mechanic work and just an all-around helpful handy man. Like every other skill his cooking skills didn't go unnoticed. Floyd would make a pot of baby lima beans over white rice and cornbread that was so good, make you wanna slap ya momma. unfortunately, we have lost a great father, husband, and friend. But we'll never forget his legacy or recipes that he left us to share with you all. I am one of Floyd's youngest daughters. And I opened this online restaurant in honor of my late father & brother who shared the name FLOYD!
